LOCATION

The location of the lectures will predominantly be in the Gulf countries, with occasional sessions taking place in neighbouring regions. Given the nature of the position, the successful candidate will be required to travel as part of their role.

All expenses associated with flights and accommodation will be fully covered. We understand that providing a comfortable and conducive environment is crucial to maintaining the high standard of training that we offer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Curriculum Development
  Design and create diverse, engaging materials for participants of varying academic levels. Stay current with educational trends and employ innovative teaching methods.

• Classroom Instruction
  Deliver high-quality, interactive lectures, workshops, and seminars to participants. Provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills and critical thinking.

• Individualized Support
  Conduct personalized sessions addressing specific learning needs. Collaborate with support services for participants requiring additional assistance.

• Assessment and Evaluation
  Develop fair assessments across various subjects and provide timely feedback to support continuous improvement in participants skills and knowledge.

• Cultural Sensitivity
  Cultivate a culturally inclusive training environment, incorporating literature from various backgrounds to enrich the learning experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• Demonstrate a substantial amount of teaching experience, showcasing a proven track record of effectively engaging participants in the learning process.

• Showcase the ability to incorporate innovative teaching methodologies to enhance the learning experience and adapt to diverse participants needs.

• Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with participants, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

• Exhibit a genuine passion for the subject, coupled with a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
